cannot speak highly enough of Terrence and the exceptional service he provides. From the very beginning, Terrence demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism, courtesy, attentiveness, and genuine dedication that is truly rare to encounter. His demeanor was remarkably gracious, his communication was impeccable, and his willingness to go above and beyond was nothing short of exemplary. Terrence is an absolute asset to the organization and embodies the very highest standards of excellence. His patience, compassion, knowledge, and commitment to ensuring a positive experience are genuinely commendable. In a world where exceptional customer service can sometimes feel elusive, Terrence stands as a shining example of what outstanding service should look like. Employees of Terrence’s caliber are exceedingly rare. His efforts deserve the highest recognition and praise, and I sincerely hope the organization understands just how invaluable he is. An absolutely phenomenal individual who made an already positive experience truly extraordinary. I would give Terrence my highest recommendation without hesitation!

Terrance was extremely helpful with finding the right running shoe for my flat feet and he was overall a very pleasant and personable guy. And Tony from the front desk is always so upbeat and remembered my name. Give those two a raise!!

This store was usually busy on the weekday and only had 1 worker on the footwear sales floor. Terrance was busy running around helping 6 customers at one time. Terrance helped everyone very patiently even knowing how many people needed help. He was the embodiment of great customer service. When he came to help me, he helped me get the exclusive Nike Mind Slides that I have been looking everywhere to get! My man Terrance really hooked it up and found me a pair! If anyone reading this ever needs any help in the footwear department, make sure you ask for Terrance. He will make sure to help to the best of his abilities! I will definitely be looking for him when I stop by again!
